This is the classic Medieval Bondage Collar. The serious bondage collar is 1.5" wide 3/16" thick steel rolled and welded in our shop right here in Phoenix, AZU.S.A.It comes with 1 1/2" rings on the sides with welded 'D' rings next to the latch and hinge.
